Your Therapist’s Role 

I will:

    â€¢    offer a warm, non-judgmental space

   â€¢    listen with patience and respect

    â€¢    guide you with gentle, evidence-informed methods

    â€¢    keep your information private

    â€¢    explain what we can and cannot do

    â€¢    stay within our scope of practice

    â€¢    tell you honestly if another type of support might help you better


Your Role as a Client

You agree to:

    â€¢    attend your session on time

    â€¢    speak openly and honestly at your comfort level

    â€¢    ask questions if anything feels unclear

    â€¢    follow agreed safety steps (if any)

    â€¢    understand that this is not a crisis service

    â€¢    understand that we do not guarantee results

    â€¢    share changes in your feelings so remedies can be adjusted

 

Shared Responsibilities

Together, we will:

    â€¢    set session goals gently

    â€¢    check in about how you’re feeling

    â€¢    adjust treatment or methods based on your comfort

    â€¢    make space for questions, doubts, and concerns

    â€¢    work at a pace that feels safe but steady
