Booking a Session

All sessions must be booked through the website.

Your slot is confirmed once payment is completed.

No show

If you do not show up within 15 minutes of your appointment time without notice, it shall be considered a no show, and the session shall be closed by me. 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the session without any charge.

Cancellations

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss a session, the session fee shall not be refunded.

Refunds

1. Refunds are provided only if: a) The session is cancelled by me, or b) I cannot offer you an alternative time slot.
2. If you have booked a session that you do not wish to attend, you can always reschedule 24 hours before the appointment time. However, no refund shall be made.
3. No refund or rescheduling shall be provided for a no-show.
